MySQL Database to excel ?

Hi,

ive never used mySQL before and been trying to move my access database online



I have web hosting with cPanel which has mySQL + phpMyAdmin and manage to upload my database there but im struggling with trying to connect to it remotely.

cPanel has "remote SQL" which i added my IP to.



Then i tried to connect using domainname / database username and password but it fails.

Ive also tried using serverIP



I get "Unable to connect to any of the specified mySQL hosts"

(through get data > database > mySQL database)



appreciate any help
