On start up MySQL Notifier displays the error with "Root element missing".

at MySql.Notifier.Program.Main(String[] args)

It then displays another error with "Log file path must be defined before calling the WriteToLog method."

MySQL is installed on Windows Server 2003 R2, I installed it using the MySQL installer for Windows. The server seems to be operating fine minus the errors on start up.
