i get an error going to that bug link:

You do not have access to bug #73983.

But i am experiencing the same problem. i'm running MySql 5.7.x in parallel to MariaDB 10.x (on different ports), and originally, Notifier 1.1.6 found both services and was able to monitor them. However, after some configuration changes that included renaming the services, Notifier can't find the original service name and quits, rather than loading with an error status or ignoring the bad config.

i can't find any configuration to clear/change so it'll at least LOAD. i'm in the process of uninstalling MySql-everything in hopes a fresh start will also let it try to pick up a new configuration.

If you have some tips for resetting the config, i'd be grateful.
