Hi Mike,
You need these two products:

- MySQL for Visual Studio 1.2.3 : this products adds the visual integration to create MySQL connections, query editor, debugging. etc.
- MySQL Connector/Net : It is the driver needed to develop applications with .net and MySQL.

And also is required to have at least the Visual Studio Professional edition, due that for license the Express edition is not allowed to have third party extensions.

Have installed these two products ?
