Hello George.

We still have not the support for VS2015 in MySql for Visual Studio. We're going to add this support soon.

About the exception with the assembly "MySql.Data.RT", what version of Connector/Net are you using? If you just need to use that assembly and not MySql For Visual Studio, you can download the latest version of Connector/Net and verify if your problem is resolved: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/6.9.html.

Connector/Net has no dependencies with a VS version, but just be sure that the DLL that you're referencing has the same .Net Framework version that is using your project. VS2015 introduces the .Net framework 4.6 but the higher version supported by Connector/Net until now is .Net Framework 4.5.
