Second Update Gives concurrency violation

Hi All,
I've just run the wizard for creating my mysql application in visual studio 2013, and change a value on the form (automatically created) for updating it. At the second update I have a concurrency violation.
I've checked lot of threads, but no one was able to solve my issue. Consider that, I'didn't write a line of code but only used the template wizard.
Any suggestion for that?
The update function is inside the save button callback and it terminates with this:

myTableBindingSource.EndEdit();
ad.Update(this.newDataSet.myTable);
Thank you,
Daniele
