Saving Visual Studio 2010 express pages as MySQL

Newbie here. I have a VS 2010 web page with controls that works. Now I have downloaded and installed MySQL for visual studio and it shows as an installed extension in VS 2010.

I want to publish my web page as a MySQL based web page. I would appreciate someone showing me the steps I need to do that. I'm hoping I don't have to re-do the .aspx pages and controls. But even if I do, I still don't quite get how the integration works.

PS: If I ever get this posted I suggest you make a readable spam preventer. I have tried at least 10 times. You can't tell the difference between O and 0 and C and sometimes it is just unreadable. To me it is a post-prevention tool.
