Hi Claudinei,
If you think this is a bug regarding ROW_COUNT() specifically in the debugger and you are able to consistently reproduce the problem, say with a different stored procedure and different table, then the easiest way to proceed is to raise a bug report against MySQL for Visual Studio at https:\\bugs.mysql.com.

Please read the guideline to report a new bug, since as I said the issue you report must be easily and consistently reproducible with the steps you provide.

If it is indeed a bug, then it will get scheduled to be fixed in a maintenance release of the product.
