Hello Phuong,

thank you for the additional details, they are sure to help in reproducing the issue.

From your description, sounds like there might've been a conflict with another application during installation (possibly because of Visual Studio running).
If you were to retry installation, I'd recommend making sure Visual Studio isn't running and that there are no open MySQL connections when upgrading MySQL for Visual Studio. Additionally, the problem of being unable to start the MySQL service is many times solved by restarting the computer.
