MySQL Data Source Not Showing Up In Visual Studio 2017

I am pretty new on Visual Studio and I am struggling install Ado.net framework using MySql Database as a datasource despite this option being available when I create a connection to a database.

I have VS Community 2017 installed on PC with 6.10.5 Connector/Net and MySql for Visual Studio 1.2.7 installed on my PC. There are threads with similar type of issues but most of them are using earlier versions and don't really solve my problem. I have uninstalled all my packages and install new ones to no avail. Can you please help?
