Using a port other than 33061 for group_replication

I am in the process of setting up an Innodb Cluster for testing, but have a problem. We currently use port 33061 for a different Application, consequently communication on this port is severely limited across our network.

I have tried changing every thing I can find to a different port, but I still keep getting errors suggesting it is trying to use port 33061.

For example:
[GCS] Error connecting to all peers. Member join failed. Local port: 33061'
[GCS] The member was unable to join the group. Local port: 33061'
[GCS] Error on opening a connection to 1.2.3.4:3306 on local port: 33061.

Is there an option to use a different port, or is this fixed?
