Mysql group replication..

Hi There,

I've configured Mysql group replication between two servers by following the documentation found on the Mysql dev website https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication.html

Now everything were working rather well until this morning when I've noticed that my second server dropped from the group with the following error message.

How do I get the two servers to play together again ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
