Hi Steph,

That's the problem ;) By default you CANNOT write on all members as the cluster will run in Single Primary (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication-single-primary-mode.html) So you should not remove super_read_only.

If you want to write in all the members then you need to setup your cluster in Multi-Primary: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication-multi-primary-mode.html

If you use the shell to create it, use it like this:

mysql-js> cluster=dba.createCluster('SuperNiceCluster',{multiMaster: true})
