Hi Danny,

When talking about Group Replication & InnoDB Cluster, you should not talk about "slave" but more about "secondary master".

You can specify (it's more like give a preference) which member should be elected when the Primary crashes using the following variable: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication-options.html#sysvar_group_replication_member_weight
