Problem with white_list

Hi all,
in Mysql 8.0.11 I try to create a Custer with this \js command:
mysqlsh> var cluster=dba.createCluster('testCluster');

bud I receive this error in mysqld.log:

I add my IP server in white list but not work
mysql> STOP GROUP_REPLICATION;
mysql> SET GLOBAL group_replication_ip_whitelist="80.211.34.75";
mysql> START GROUP_REPLICATION;

Can you help me?
