node rejected out of cluster due to network issues

we experience 3 nodes setup innodb cluster that randomly 1 of the node will be forced out of cluster due to network failures(as indicated in mysqld.log)
and it's quite frequent.
we learnt that there is a 5 seconds constraint between internodes communication where by the nodes need to talk to one another within this period. else, it will go out of cluster.

how can we auto reconnect the node back into the cluster automatically? or is there any way to increase this 5 seconds?

many thanks in advance
