Present server has purged required binary logs

I have a multi-master cluster setup and when I restarted a node I started to receive this error and cant get the node back online.

[Warning] [MY-011809] [Repl] Cannot replicate to server with server_uuid='5938ecbc-8c2a-11e8-84b0-00505697ea4e' because the present server has purged required binary logs. The connecting server needs to replicate the missing transactions from elsewhere, or be replaced by a new server created from a more recent backup.

I recreated the cluster with this node, but now the other nodes wont sync with it.
They join the cluster but don't replicate any of the databases.

Is there anyway to force all nodes in a cluster to completely copy another node?
