The address is an IPv4-mapped address, the server accepts TCP/IP connections for that address, in either IPv4 or IPv6 format.

Did you try to set it up using MySQL Shell or just by changing the my.cnf by yourself using Group Replication Settings ?

I really encourage you to use the MySQL if you haven't tried yet. This is much easier and safer way to setup an InnoDB Cluster. It will also tells you if there is something wrong.
