Re: Innodb Cluster 8.1 (GTID)
Hi David,
On the Primary instance (writer) during a fresh installation, it's true that you will see 3 different uuids in the executed GTID.
Those are from the server itself, the cluster and the change view's uuid.
This is an example:
select @@gtid_executed, @@server_uuid, @@group_replication_view_change_uuid, @@group_replication_group_name\G
*************************** 1. row ***************************
@@gtid_executed: 2db9f603-741d-11ee-a9cb-c8cb9e32df8e:1-4,
5e7af7ef-7421-11ee-af88-c8cb9e32df8e:1-80,
5e7af9d3-7421-11ee-af88-c8cb9e32df8e:1-5
@@server_uuid: 2db9f603-741d-11ee-a9cb-c8cb9e32df8e
@@group_replication_view_change_uuid: 5e7af9d3-7421-11ee-af88-c8cb9e32df8e
@@group_replication_group_name: 5e7af7ef-7421-11ee-af88-c8cb9e32df8e
I hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
