4 x Dual Core Intel® Xeon® = OR = 2 x Quad Core Intel® Xeon®

I have dilemma, which server I buy.
I plan to run RedHat Linux 3 AS or RedHat Linux 4 AS, PHP and MySQL.
What is more useful for MySQL:

4 x Dual Core Intel® Xeon® 7110M, 2.6GHz, 4MB L3 Cache, 800MHz FSB

= OR =

2 x Quad Core Intel® Xeon® E5320, 2x4MB Cache, 1.86GHz, 1066MHZ FSB
