I'm fairly new to mysql, have written Asp.Net webpage so crew can connect to mysql database to insert their time. All is working fine. But now need to create a standalone program that will need to connect to mysql database thru internet and the program will not be on same ip as the laptop is roaming.
My question is what is the best way to be able to sync tables in a roaming laptop to match server thru internet? I'm currently using MySQL 5.27 and webpage is on static ip.
