Re: MySQL real world use for DW/BI

Hi Matt,
ETL is easily the most time consuming and difficult part of building an EDW......I have been doing BI for 16 years now and I am well aware of the costs of ETL.....I am also an expert in Informatica and DataStage.

So, doing anything particularly complicated in the ETL subsystem soon becomes 'difficult and expensive'.

I am in no danger of being contradicted when I make the claim that SeETL is easily the lowest cost method of getting an ETL subsystem built and maintained over an extended period.....and that includes even for products where there is no license fee for the ETL software.....

Also, building a non-production EDW in SeETL is free as we do not charge for licenses in developmnet...once you have built the development prototype you can choose what ETL tool to use.....

It's all there, so feel free to try it...you will be glad you did...

Best Regards

Peter
