Issue with MySQL server for software

Hello everyone,

My company produces a software in which we use MySQL Server, which is installed by the software setup.
For a customer, we need to allow installation on windows 7. Until now, the software was used on windows 10 or 11.
Once the installation is finished, when we try to connect, there is an issue.
The software logs indicate that the problem comes from the port. In our software, the port is used to allow writing data to the databases.
We made sure that the port number was the same as the database port number.
After a search on the web, we discovered that the prerequisites used are only usable on windows 10 or higher.

Should we go back to an older version of MySQL Server?

I hope someone has a solution.

Best regards.
