Getting error when transferring table files to one location to other

Hi,

We are using MyISAM tables for our Business support system. while i m copying all the table supported files from one server to other server and try to use those tables i m getting error 'Duplicate entry '0' for key 1' or some times 'table handle not found'.

but after repairing or optimizing the tables the same queries start working.

can anyone explain me the actual problem what actually is happening??
