Hi,
Many of the tools you listed above are more development tools, and not so much reporting tools. They are designed to allow you to create and manage MySQL tables/databases/etc..., but don't output pretty reports. (I haven't used all of them however, just going on what I have heard from people)
As far as an access replacement to use with MySQL you have a few options.
First, keep using Access as the front end. It is very possible and common to use Access as a front-end client to MySQL through ODBC. There have been many articles written about doing so,
http://solutions.mysql.com/other/related-sites/?item=173 is one that I know off hand.
Second, switch to using another tool. The most common tool I know that people use to replace Access is a product called Rekall. It is released open source under linux, however I believe you have to purchase it for use on windows. You can see more info at

There are many other tools available as well. A good list of them can be found in our Partner Solutions section of the website. You can start here for a good overview,

Good luck,
