Maybe not a good argument, but...

The application could take great strides to ensure the user belongs to and is logged onto a given bank account. Or the user belogns to and is logged onto a given companies sales management system. And with that, the bank account ID, or given company's sales management system ID is verified to be accurate. That ID number could them ne included in the PK of associated directly linked tables. Then when other tables are linked, they too will contain the bank account (or company's) ID.
