Synchronize 2 databases

Hi !
I would like to synchronize 2 mysql databases (the data not the schema !).
Actually I have 2 applications : one on the company server (used by everybody) and one on a PC that is not connected to the network (used by someone else). It is the same application on each (with the same database schema).
Then, both databases can be modified separately.
And once a week for exemple, I need to synchronize them !
It must work in both directions !
Is it possible ?
How ?
Any key that can help me is welcome !
