I think you mean "data masking"

I don't know a pure data masking tool for mysql but for new data you can use a tool such as:
DTM Data Generator
http://www.sqledit.com/dg/
or
MySQL Data Generator
http://www.datanamic.com/datagenerator-for-mysql/index.html
