Copy Database

Hi,

i had a hard drive failure. managed to recover the .opt and frm and ibd files. copied them in the my new computer ion the same location (C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\Data\). workbench can see the files and the schema now. but when trying to load the table it tells me they dont exist.
what to i need to do to copy the tables correctly?
