poor data upload speed in MySQL 5.6

We are using MySQL community edition currently and Innodb engine is being used for the database. we have above 100 GBs of data that we upload as '.sql script' in our MySQL database on daily basis,
but the speed is too slow to upload all data: we suffer from regular data loss. and since we already have huge data, moving to other database is not a prefered option for us until we find something to overcome for sure.

1> should we consider using Enterprise edition instead, to overcome the situation. if yes, what speed can we expect to upload 100 GB of data using .sql script.

2> or, should we consider other input format instead of .sql.

3> Do we have to change something at database level like choosing other storage engine or any specific changes in configuration file.
