Hi Peter,

Thank you for your assistance. It seems my previous reply has been moderated.

Anyway, so there is no official document that explains the log content of the general log.

And thank you for the suggestion regarding the slow query, I were asked to analyze the general log so I can not go to that route.

So if the old general log file has been purged that includes the connect queries, you will never know who is running those queries for those logs that has not been purged. Am I right?

Another question, is there any setting parameter to make the timestamp format into YYYY(four digit year) instead of YY(two digit year)?
