WinServ200832bit isn't listed as a supported platform. Perhaps her OS would accept 32-bit MySQL 5.5, which came out in 2010. But she'd be asking for trouble: her OS is obsolete, she can never upgrade MySQL on that OS.

Why doesn't the client buy a cheap used desktop, install Linux on it, network it with her WinSer200832bit machine, and install the latest MySQL on that?
