MySQL 5.7 Anonymous user like root user

Hi everyone

In MySQL 5.7 the validate_password plugin does not allow me to create accounts without password.

Then I can create an anonymous account with password, but if the password is the same as the password of the root user, when I login with the anonymous account, the command SHOW PROCESSLIST shows me as the root user.

Could someone check this, please?
