I am the only user of my database - it's personal knowledge building use.
This happens from any client - I was able to duplicate it from the mysql command line client locally.
The JDBC stacktrace that does this function programatically is what initially tipped me off that it was no longer working after Tuesday. Only impacts LOAD XML INFILE execution. Any other query works fine.
