If tbl_stuff_01 exists, try ...

Insert Into tbl_stuff_01
select * from tbl_stuff limit ...

but note, Limit 5,0 means take 0 rows starting at the 5th row.

If the target tabke does not exist ...

Create Table tbl_stuff_01
select ...
