Yes it includes typing ...

I could try this ... we also have a development DB server which has no replication with the same problem ... so I guess replication shouldn't be the problem ...

I only set timestamp in BeforeInsert .... that's the only code in that trigger...

My question would be : IF I log the timestamp & suppose I get the same values after two inserts ... Where do I go from here ?

Would PHP PDO library that is used for DB connection, had something to do with it ?
Once I made a for loop in php for 100 inserts with 1sec delay between each insert ,,, and timestamps were fine ....

OK, I'll try with logging now and will come back with the results.
