Yes i did what it suggested still getting same error.
below is connection error message:

at com.mysql.cj.jdbc.exceptions.SQLError.createSQLException(SQLError.java:129) ~[mysql-connector-java-8.0.12.jar:8.0.12]
I also confirmed that credentials are correct.
