query execution time difference in workbench and commandline utility

Stored procedure execution on MySQL workbench took 0.016 sec / 0.000 sec. And the same stored procedure when executed using MySQL command line it takes 0.12 sec. Would like to know the reason behind the time delay in command line execution.

Note: flush query cache; statement is executed before sp call on both workbench and command line.
