Can we get metrics of MySQL without any 3rd party tool?

Hi All,

I am working with some project which includes MySQL in it.I just wanted to monitor the metrics of MySQL like Memory usage,Disk usage,Network in & out etc or some other which are related to MySQL .
I am aware that we can use many application monitoring ,server monitoring, command line tools to get these metrics. i am wondering is there any way or option to monitor these metrics without using any tools.
If yes, can someone help me how to do that? that will be very helpful.
