mysql service shuts down in xampp software

Hi everyone,
I am new to mysql and trying to access it through xampp software wherein
I am trying to install and start the service which is successfully done but
when i am trying to connect through python code it gives error as access denied and also my mysql service shuts down with error message:

Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
4:22:04 PM [mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
In xampp I have not created any user ,its a default root user with no password.
