nand erase times limit useage

hi everyone
I use mysql service 5.7 in embedded, using a 4G nand, nand has a maximum of 5,000 times of erasing, currently using the innodb engine, after writing 100M of data, the disk writes about 600M of data(maybe because of the redolog,undolog,doulewerite). For the life of nand is a disaster, how should I overcome this problem? Should I use another engine?
