Create database, table and view in different encoding

I have a question.

I create database1 in UTF8 which is alias for utf8mb3
I then create table1 in database1 with utf8mb4

I then make another database that consists of VIEWS of utf8mb4 and utf8mb3 databases/tables. Based on this view I generate other data.

What kind of issues could I come accross? Could this be a problem?
