REPLACING SPECIAL PLACES FOR COLUMNS IN MYSQL TABLE

There is a column in a table in my MySql database, I want to change what is written in this column.

row in the table
s:1:/home/my documents

i want to do
s:1:/home/Disk/my documents

I would like it to be like this
