MySQL 8.0.27 - Assertion failure: ddl0buffer.cc:204:ptr < bounds.second thread 0x26bad680

On a server I recently upgrade from 5.7.36 to 8.0.27 I got this:

"Assertion failure: ddl0buffer.cc:204:ptr < bounds.second thread 0x26bad680"

Searching in google I find this:

"MySQL Bugs: #105715: "add key" crashes the 8.0.27 database" with link:

https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=105715

But I don't have access to this link.

Does someone has access to see what's going on and if they have a fix that will land in 8.0.28 ?
