I have been searching for 2 weeks now and having a hard time, a lot of people have experience, but no one comes forward to claim "guru" status. Is it because MySQL is fairly new to commercial applications? How to isolate people specializing in it? Any other skills I should be looking for? PLS HELP - it is a new client for us and the account is important and I am tottally loosing it.
