Repair seems memory bound

Hi,

I have a 15 million row table, 2GB of data, that never survives a crash as its always being written to. When I go to repair it, CPU stays low, and Memory doesn't increase.

I'd gladly have both go up to speed up the 20-25 minute repair. I've got the MyIsam Sort Buffer set to 2048 M (via MySQL Administrator). Its a 4GB Windows box with about 2GB regularly allocated.

Is there another way/setting that will allow this action to consume more resources and more importantly complete faster?

Thanks,

Elisa
