which means that the header of the .MYI file is destroyed. Not even the first four bytes contain correct values (the magic number).
Please restore the file from a backup. Or, if the .frm file _and_ the .MYD file are OK, then you could run REPAIR TABLE ... USE_FRM. But please make another backup before trying this command.
