Hi Oliver,

the multi-CPU issue might be relevant. This might also mean that we could have difficulties to repeat the problem, as we might not have exactly the same hardware here. But we will try anyway.

A windows application is welcome. However, most MySQL developers work on *NIX* boxes. This means that problems could be faster solved if they are repeatable on *NIX* systems. This is just for your information. I appreciate your effort on whatever system you feel most comfortable with.
