Yes, I used the "show full processlist" to checkout the status of queries. Not found the running write process.
Based on the query time. I assume that all the "Locked" query executing after the large query(which did the "copying to tmp table") is complete. Since the query time of "Locked" queries is similar to the large query.(But originally these are all the short queries).
