change my.ini at run time

HI Folks

I am using match() against query. And i need to search some words which is present in full stop words list, and lengthof search word may be 2. so i need to change my.ini file like this....


[mysqld]
ft_min_word_len = "1"
ft_stopword_file =""

i can do it locally. But when i upload it to live. I am using shared server so it will not give me authentication to change my.ini file. And nay how if gives it will create empect to others also because its a shared server...

so what should i do.?
